FOREST HILLS STADIUM

AN ICONIC AMERICAN VENUE REVIVED

In the 1960’s, Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York hosted a series of iconic artists, including The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Diana Ross, and The Who.

After the venue fell into disrepair, Mike Luba, Co-President of Madison House Presents, undertook its rehabilitation. This multi-million dollar project included a full structural and cosmetic overhaul of the stadium bowl. In August 2013, the Stadium reopened with a sold out performance by Mumford & Sons. The 2014 summer season featured the Zac Brown Band, Modest Mouse & Brand New, Drake vs. Lil Wayne, The Replacements, and Phil Lesh & Friends.

Through the years Forest Hills has continued the strong legacy with a calendar featuring Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, Santana, Ed Sheeran, My Morning Jacket, Chance The Rapper and many more.
